Seems like Foxxie has singled out Tildey and there isn't really reason to go for other players over Tildey right now. Seems like everyone has posted so mind as well get on with it:

This is a console wars themed game. Town is SEGA, mafia is Nintendo, and purple is Sony Playstation. All three of them are competitors. And the popular history is that SEGA dies here and the lack of a disc drive on the N64 results in important devs like Square jumping ship to Playstation which results in Sony's dominance of console gaming until the Wii happened. I would not be surprised if Sony Playstation's/purple's wincon isn't to just survive, but to be the last man standing. For all I know he's an SK who hasn't been using his kill so he looks good in the writeups, and will then shoot at the end.

Wagonomics? Not sure I’ve heard that one before? What’s it mean? 😂

I guess the insinuation is that if a lone, unteamed town is being trained then there wouldn't be many people speaking on their behalf, but if it was a scum then you would have the other scum team members active trying to deflect away from their team member being lynched.

How far from hammer is Blind Ninja? Not that anyone else is getting lynched at this point.

Though now that I think about it, I do think there was a game where Matthieu was scum and deliberately dug himself deeper and when you read the scum chat it turned out he was trying to deflect away from them, but I forgot the details so I don't know how applicable that is to this situation.

Well this was a little sour. I'd hope it is just a heat of the moment thing.

    Vote: Badger

This isn't a pity vote. Matthieu has been stubbornly sticking to Badger, even though it hasn't gained traction. I'd imagine if he didn't genuinely think he had Badger dead to rights he would have given up and gone for a different push rather than wasting his vote on a train that isn't taking off and drawing the ire of other players, Nightingale in particular, and we know as scum that you don't want to be the subject of Foxxie's scrutiny. If you aren't articulate then dueling with her in the public game thread is kind a lost cause. Also, if Matthieu was scum then he probably has at least 1 or 2 more team members left and I doubt he would abandon them like this, either by wasting his vote and drawing the attention of town and effectively becoming deadweight or by quitting halfway through a game. So it is more probable to me that Matthieu did actually see something about Badger.

Though at a certain point we can't keep waffling and have to crap or get off the pot. So for me it's between these three. And as I said earlier it feels like there is a scary chance that a scum is going to slide by and then won't get focused on again and I feel that's what is happening with BN, though if we lynch BN today and Matt dies tonight then Badger could slide by too. Too many targets. And Mazer flipped town so going after BN seems to be the safer choice.

Right now the only player I townlean is Insaner, but that doesn't mean he can't be wrong, and with so many people at each other's throats a lot of people are probably wrong. I am a little irked by Nightingale and inclined to scumlean her but she could also be a town who is wrong too.

Badger could have been genuinely mistaken about Grumpy, but as Foxxie said we can't just take "I'm not scum, honest" posts at face value. Matt is saying he's confident Badger is the way to go, and Badger did get Grumpy killed. What I am trying to reconcile is this new direction towards Badger when we still have the unfinished business with BN from yesterday and he has been seemingly forgotten, and then there is future. That's three targets.

I reread the last few pages. If Mazer got incriminating info on Blind Ninja and Mazer flipped town then perhaps we should be lynching BN. I do think it is weird that BN and Futurehold were the high profile targets yesterday but momentum on them has stalled today.

With 13 players alive and presumably 4 scum, if mafia were able to go 1 for 1 three times, successfully killing 1 person each night, they would reach parity in F5. So that's not something I wouldn't expect scum to do.

You think scum could be boldly claiming to have guilty information and trying to brute force town to lynch whoever they want and hope they achieve majority before town turna against them?

I don't recall having seen Graeham vs Foxxie before. At this point it seems there is only one way to find out, and if Badger is scum then this might be the only window of opportunity to get him with Matt being as vocal as he is now.

I haven't been following the case against Grumpy closely but we have an hour left and town only wins by lynching people and Grumpy seems to be the only chance a majority might agree on before deadline.

I feel that Insaner and Foxxie aren't i
on the same team. There is probably scum between the two of them and lynching one will confirm the other.

If Sega is green (town) and Nintendo is red (mafia), then is Sony being purple indicative of them being a second mafia?

Mafia 9: Sega vs Nintendo - The Race for the Next Generation

Having reread Insaner's and Foxxie's posts, I feel that both Claws and Dreyski are town more likely than not and it doesn't matter who we lynch. If scum mixed in one of their own then I'd imagine we would br seeing a more concerted push to get their guy off with them being neck and neck. Or they could even be hedging their bets and voting against their own. I'd imagine that those scum would be placed near the front or middle of the train then.

Mafia 9: Sega vs Nintendo - The Race for the Next Generation

I'm indifferent to Claws and Dreyski. If the scum could target two players then they could have mixed in one of their own trying to make their teammate look good since they were apparently targeted by red names in the writeup.

Oof, I remember playing on PC way back when. Never got far into it though. I think the first Sonic game I ever beat was Heroes.
